Gee, maybe I should complain about my car
I realize I bitch about people and things a lot, usually without just provocation. And I realize how it makes me look. But I gotta say that, every once in a great while, even I can say something positive.
Read this and then this and you’ll realize what I mean.
A nod to Dan and a big nod to Sierra Nevada for demonstrating what customer relations are all about.

I didn’t mention it in my post, but several years ago my go-to beer at the time was being replaced in stores with another beer, of lesser quality, from the same brewery. I emailed the brewery a couple of times to inquire about the change in distribution, and they couldn’t even be bothered to respond.
Constrast that with the people at Sierra Nevada, who obviously monitor the Web for mentions of their product and then proactively respond to concerns.
Good customer service may be rare, but it can have a powerful affect when done correctly.
